This program is designed to support the efforts of athletes for regular training, events, and competitions.

Every person who participates in a sport or trains regularly knows the dedication it takes to excel. You hire coaches, purchase top of the line equipment and spend countless hours mastering your craft.

What you may not know is that performance can be improved and injury can be avoided by addressing problems before they happen.

At APM and TPT, we are offering a program to help you maintain your progress and identify small problems before they become big barriers to your goals. Currently we work with professional athletes as well as various recreational athletes. Our staff is uniquely experienced in the management of athletic performance.

physical therapy

Ben Kanute says:

” Tight muscles and inflexible joints can lead to injury,  Some people think they are “okay” in a sense but all they are really doing is hurting themselves more and pushing back their healing time.  My philosophy is -if it hurts get it evaluated right away so you don’t do any more damage.”
Our very own Crossfit champ says:

“My name is Trevor Gunning. I ran track and field in college, and currently compete in Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit competitions. I’ve been a competitive athlete my entire life and I’m very familiar with the struggles of training and competing at a high level while dealing with aches and pains, or an old lingering injury. I really struggled with injuries throughout my track and field career, and ultimately had to stop competing due to injury. For my first few years of competing in weightlifting and CrossFit competitions, I still struggled avoiding injuries and staying healthy. I couldn’t train or compete at my full capacity because I simply had to much pain. Finally after years of competing in sports, I’ve learned to manage my pain, and stay healthy. I developed a personal body maintenance routine that works for me, and allows me to train and compete without pain.
