"Your body, your health, your performance - our expertise. "

Your treatment may include one or more of the following:

Dry Needling

This is NOT acupuncture. We perform various types of dry needling to target trigger points. The styles of dry needling performed are: homeostatic, peripheral pain pathway, trigger point, regional and cranio-dorsal. Typically this is performed to address deeper tissues within the body, as well as to desensitize painful tissue.

Cupping

cupping

Cupping is utilized to break up superficial muscular-fascial attachments. You will notice bruising from this treatment and increased blood flow to the treated region. This treatment combines well with dry needling.

Joint and Spine Manipulation

Manipulations vary from grade 1 to grade 5. A grade 1 manipulation is a very small movement which is for pain management alone, while a grade 5 manipulation, or a high velocity low amplitude thrust, is designed to ‘pop’ a joint.

Active Release Treatment

active release

Stabilizes muscular tissue while the surrounding tissue is moved through ranges of motion. This works very well for hips, lower backs, and shoulders.

Myofascial Release

myofas

This prolonged treatment allows the muscular-fascial attachments to ‘let go’. It is very effective for chronic headaches and lower back pain.

Kinesiotape

ktape

KT tape can facilitate or inhibit tissues via bias movement. It is very effective with nagging injuries that don’t seem to heal.

Traction

traction

Traction aids in joint decompression. This is very effective in managing arthritis in the neck, lower back, hip, and shoulder.
