Blake G. Moreland, PT, DPT

Hello there! My name is Dr. Blake G. Moreland, PT, DPT. I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for more than 3 years and have been a part of the Tucson community since January of 2018. Born and raised in Carson City, NV, I also spent many years in the pacific northwest. I received my bachelor’s degree in biology from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, WA in May of 2013 and completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University- Glendale, AZ in May of 2016. I have a diverse practice background that includes experience with school system-based pediatrics, advanced wound care, geriatrics, balance rehab, and orthopedics. I am also currently a certified Clinical Instructor for physical therapy students through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and guest lecturer on the faculty of the PT program at Midwestern University.

Having been a 4-year college soccer player at the NCAA Division II level, working with active people and athletes has always been a passion of mine. As of 2019, I am certified in perineural dryneedling through the Institute of Manual & Integrative Therapy out of Casa Grande, AZ. Helping folks get back to training hard, performing at a high level, and participating in activities they enjoy fuel my thirst for ongoing education, clinical experience, and growth as a Physical Therapist.

When I’m not treating patients, you can find me playing soccer around town, attending concerts and live theater, and spending quality time with my wonderful dog, Midnight. I look forward to meeting with you, working with you, and helping you achieve your specific goals!
